Ordering & Customization
How do I customize my bracelet?
At checkout, enter the birth month(s) you'd like included in the order notes. For combination bracelets, list the recipient's birth month first. Each bracelet is made to order based on your specifications.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Custom orders take 5–7 days to make, plus shipping time. We'll notify you when your order ships.
Can I order for someone else as a gift?
Absolutely. You can add a gift note at checkout. If you'd like help selecting stones or sizing for a gift, reach out at hello@miraenewyork.com and we're happy to guide you.
Do you accept custom requests beyond the listed options?
Yes — for special requests or bespoke combinations, email us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your wrist with a soft tape measure or a strip of paper. For a comfortable fit, we recommend adding ½ inch for a snug fit and 1 inch for a looser fit to your wrist measurement. Our most common women's size is 6.75".
- 5.5" — Baby/toddler (0–3 years) / XXS adult
- 6.0" — Child (3+ years) or XS adult / baby anklet
- 6.75" — Most common women's size / child anklet
- 7.5" — Looser fit / small men's size
- 8.25" — Larger wrist / medium men's size
- 9.0" — Largest wrist size
What if I'm between sizes?
Size up for a relaxed fit, size down for a snug fit. When in doubt, email us and we'll help you decide. We can usually customize to any length you need. We offer a one time resize/restring on orders within 30 days. After that, each restring is $75.
Materials & Care
What materials do you use?
Every bracelet is hand strung using natural semi-precious and precious gemstones with 14K or 18K solid gold details. All gold components are solid gold, never plated.
How do I care for my bracelet?
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, creams, lotions, and hair products. Store flat to prevent stretching. Clean gold components with a gentle gold cleaning solution or polishing cloth.
Are the stones natural?
Yes. Every stone is naturally sourced. Because each bead comes from the earth, subtle variations in color and texture are part of its beauty — no two bracelets are exactly alike.
Will my bracelet need to be restrung?
With regular wear, fine beaded bracelets may need restringing every few years — this is normal for all handstrung jewelry and a sign the piece has been loved. We offer restringing as a service to keep your bracelet looking its best. Reach out to us at hello@miraenewyork.com to arrange it.
Shipping & Returns
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — complimentary domestic shipping on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Please reach out to hello@miraenewyork.com for international shipping inquiries.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is made to order and customized for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right. We offer a one-time restring/resize on orders within 30 days of the date of the order placement.
